We currently offer exchanges within 3 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags intact. We do not offer returns or refunds unless the item is damaged or incorrect.If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue. We will assist you in processing an exchange or replacement.
